Our Vision

Evanston Even Better

That empty lot at 605 Davis? It could be called home for 419 young couples, families, and longtime residents. We're not just talking about any housing—we're talking about the kind of housing Evanston actually needs.

335 of these homes will be market rate but still reasonable for the area.  The housing market is tight and many people aren’t able to find homes.  These units provide relief to a supply constrained market.

84 of these homes will be affordable for people who work in our community but have been priced out. The building will be all-electric (good for the environment and your utility bills), and meet all of Evanston's green building standards.

This isn't about changing Evanston's character—it's about giving more people the chance to be part of it.

Designed for People

We designed these spaces for real life. Need a quiet spot to work? Got it. Want to have friends over for dinner? There's room for that too. Storage for all your stuff? We thought of that.

Whether you're a professional working from home, or someone ready to downsize but not compromise, these homes are built for how you actually live.

The building will have ample green space, a dog run, game rooms and bike storage.  So whatever you’re into, 605 Davis rises above the rest.

The building's efficient systems don't just meet environmental goals—they create healthier, more comfortable living spaces while keeping utility costs low. This is sustainability that makes sense for residents and the planet.

Find Your Perfect Space

From efficient studios to spacious three-bedrooms, every floor plan maximizes light, views, and functionality. Each home is designed to feel larger than its footprint, with thoughtful details that enhance daily living.
